• We recommend to use the Hippo Viewer 0.5.1 for OSGrid and our standalone regions.
  Currently it is the only viewer that works well in OpenSim worlds, especially if streaming media and voice are used. All viewers based on Second Life Viewers 1.23.x and later have various issues. OpenSim first needs to be updated for these new viewer versions. Download Hippo 0.5.1 here.
  
  
• In general do not use a network bandwidth that is too high. Depending on the network connection and the number of visitors a reasonable network bandwidth value is between 250 and 1000 kbps. This can be set in the Preferences window under the Network tab.
